Section 31 — Invoices

The Invoices tab provides a clear, chronological record of all invoices generated for your CatalogPilot account. This section focuses on billing transparency and record-keeping, allowing merchants to review past charges, confirm payment status, and download invoices for accounting purposes.

Invoice List Overview

Each row in the invoice list represents a single invoice, typically generated weekly for usage-based enrichment activity.

The table includes the following columns:

  • Invoice Number

     A unique invoice identifier using the CPILOT-YYYYMM-WEEK format.
     This clearly distinguishes CatalogPilot invoices from other billing systems and aligns them to specific usage periods.

  • Period (UTC)

     The date range covered by the invoice.
     This reflects the enrichment activity performed during that specific week.

  • Amount

     The total usage-based cost for the invoice period.

    • This amount reflects dynamic enrichment usage only.
    • Subscription fees are not included here and are billed separately.

  • Status

     Indicates the current state of the invoice:

    • Active – Invoice is generated and awaiting payment.
    • Paid – Invoice has been successfully paid via Stripe.

  • Download

     For paid invoices, merchants can download a PDF copy for their records.

Billing Cadence

  • Usage-based enrichment costs are invoiced weekly.
  • If no enrichment activity occurs during a given week, no invoice is generated.
  • Subscription fees are billed separately on the anniversary of the merchant’s signup date.
  • All payments are processed automatically through Stripe, using the payment method on file.

Invoice Details & Sorting

Merchants can:

  • Search invoices by number, date range, or amount.
  • Sort invoices by period or amount.
  • Click into individual invoices for full details (where applicable).

At the bottom of the Invoices page, merchants will find the official billing information for CatalogPilot:
