- Merchant customers’ websites
- Third-party platforms you integrate with
- Any content we do not control
Your interactions with Third-Party Platforms are governed by their own policies.

We do not store credit card numbers (payment processors such as Stripe handle this).

2.3 Merchant Data
Merchant Data includes:

- prices, variants, metadata
- product images
- catalog structures
Merchant Data may contain personal information if you upload it.

When integrating your store, we may receive:

We only access what is required to provide the Service.

We are not responsible for those platforms’ handling of your data.

We may disclose information if required by:

- regulatory authorities
- lawful requests
5.4 Business Transfers
If AdVision undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

- Other jurisdictions where providers operate
Safeguards may include:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

- for 30 days after account termination;

- anonymized data may be kept indefinitely.
Merchant Data is not guaranteed to be retrievable after termination.
8. Merchant Customers’ Data
If you upload or process personal information about your customers:
- you act as data controller;
- we act as data processor.
We only process such data according to your instructions, consistent with the DPA.
You are responsible for:
- providing appropriate notices to your customers
- obtaining any required consents
- complying with applicable laws
- ensuring data accuracy and legality
9. AI Processing
CatalogPilot uses automated systems and machine learning to:
- analyze catalog content
- generate metadata
- recommend improvements
- evaluate SEO structure
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated data.
10. Security
We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including:
- encryption in transit
- access controls
- secure hosting
- system monitoring
- incident response processes
- restricted employee access

No system can guarantee perfect security.
11. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request:
