Section 32 — Payments

The Payments tab provides secure access to CatalogPilot’s external billing portal, powered by Stripe.

Purpose of This Section

This area exists solely to give merchants a safe, self-service way to manage payment details without exposing sensitive financial information inside CatalogPilot itself.

CatalogPilot does not store or process credit card details directly.

What You’ll See

  • A short description explaining that payment methods, subscriptions, and invoices are managed externally.
  • A single action button:

Access Billing Portal

Clicking Access Billing Portal securely redirects you to Stripe’s hosted billing environment, where you can:

  • Update or change your payment method
  • View past payments and payment history
  • Download Stripe receipts
  • Manage subscription payment details
  • Resolve failed or pending payments

All actions performed in the billing portal are handled directly by Stripe using industry-standard security and compliance controls.

Important Notes

  • Payment changes take effect immediately once saved in Stripe.
  • Subscription charges and usage-based charges are handled separately, as outlined in earlier billing sections.
  • CatalogPilot does not have visibility into your full payment credentials.
  • If you experience issues accessing the billing portal, contact CatalogPilot Support for assistance.
