Taxes are not being applied correctly to orders?

There is a tax code bug in LightSpeed Point of Sale that is affecting the LightSpeed web store, but it easily resolved through your LightSpeed Point of Sale.

Open LightSpeed Point of Sale and go to Tools > Setup > Taxes and click OPEN.

You will see a screen similar to the one below.

In the Tax Codes section at the bottom left of the screen, you can drag and reorder your tax codes.

Drag the tax code at the top to the bottom. In the example above, you would drag US under NO TAX.

Then drag the tax code back to the top again.

When this is done, go to Tools > eCommerce and click UPDATE STORE to update your web store. This will reload your tax settings back to the web store database and resolve the tax code issue with your web store.
