What is color swatch module and is this module compatibale with Lightspeed Retail?

Yes, the color swatch module is compatible with the input point-of-sale [LightSpeed]. It reads the color options prepared within the POS and then makes them available through our color swatch module administration area, for you to be able to access and add to each and every color option a specific colored swatch [small image] for reference when your viewer is visiting the main product page.

Color swatch is a module which allows color options to display as swatches rather than a default matrix dropdown. This module works off the zoom module. There are 2 ways to work with the module:

1- Either you can assign your zoom image to be displayed as a swatch. In that case system will take a snippet from the centre of the image, which may or may not display the true color of the product at that spot.
