By shooting in RAW format, you have images that will work with your online web store as well as HiRes image for print media.     Size the Product/Zoom Images for the Zoom Module:

    Once you have completed your photography and assuming you have shot in RAW format, you will need to now open those image(s) in PhotoShop in preparation to size them and save as a JPEG image.
